Jackie Ramirez is extremely professional and a joy to work with. In a seller’s market, our home went quickly and Jackie helped provide for a very smooth transaction. Buying was extremely difficult in this hot market. We were looking to buy in a specific school district and neighborhood. Both highly desired and sought after by many buyers. Because of our own personal time restrictions, low home inventory, and getting out bid by crazy, above appraisal offers, we made the decision to rent and wait for the market to settle a bit. Jackie, went above and beyond by helping us find a rental that fit our family size of 5(plus dog), in the school district we wished for. When we approach the housing market again, Jackie has earned our business for sure! Sometimes the best customer service is shown when things don’t go according to plan… Selling a home of 17 years was emotional for us and the buying market was a stressful one!
